I recently moved my son's banking relationship to PayPal. The reason? Wells Fargo would allow his debit card to process even though it had insufficient funds in his account and then charge him an overdraft fee of $35.00. Really. Self generating revenue. Goodbye Wells. I'll stick with a limit is a limit.
